Stephanie Rollofson

Stephanie is a licensed Realtor. She is the transaction coordinator for Laura Coffey & Associates. A big part of her role is managing new listings and escrow which includes getting all the paperwork signed and ensuring the file is compliant. She will help clients fill out their disclosure paperwork, keeping sellers & buyers updated and then managing the transaction process through the close of escrow. She works Monday through Friday during regular business operating hours.
